This…is…a Spartan Birthday!

Ok real talk 50 kicked my you-know-what, last year was a very hard year for me health-wise, with my raggedy heart. Also my old daddy died, 2 days before my birthday last year, and my brother John eight months before that. I feel like I am still grieving the loss of them both. Had to go to the ER last week, there was a minute there I didn’t think I would make it. But I did! So I’m channeling all the love and joy in the universe because that’s the only way I know how to fight. I’m going to do my best to LIVE
