From nasa.gov: To enhance participation and engagement in NASA’s Earth science investigator community, NASA’s Earth Science Division is seeking feedback from faculty members, staff, and administrators of Minority Serving Institutions. The Request for Information, or RFI, offers an opportunity for the community to provide information to NASA about potential interest in affiliating with one or more of a subset of the surface-based measurement networks of NASA’s Earth science division, including hosting instruments and engaging students in data analysis.
