I joined Vocal a while back as another avenue to showcase my writing but haven’t really done anything with it because I’ve been so busy writing, working, mired in grief since my brother passed, dealing with my health issues, and just LIFE but I recently saw a post on facebook about a Vocal writing challenge that put it in my mind again. I either forgot or never knew Vocal had writing challenges, which is pretty cool. You do have to be a Vocal+ (paid) member to enter. This one looks interesting: SFS 6: Greenlight. Submissions close August 17th, 2021, and results are out August 31st, 2021. And they pay! 3 winning slots:
